Electric moment-absorbing manipulator

Mechstack Pro™ is a strong, electrically powered industrial lifting manipulator for efficient material handling and for stacking loads of up to 650 kg with a torque of up to 4000 Nm. As standard, this industrial manipulator has a working stroke length of up to almost 5 metres. It is controlled and steered with a joystick via a frequency converter, providing a continously variable and synchronous lifting speed. The simplex driving chains, connecting the drive axle with the trolleys, are well-protected inside the aluminium profiles.

Strong and flexible stacker

Typical applications for Mechstack Pro™ are the stacking of heavy or bulky items onto pallets or pallet storage, and the collection and delivery of items at material depots.

Standard or tailor-made

Mechstack Pro™ is also used for tailor-made assembly stations. A tool frame is available as a standard accessory, on which a mechanical, electrical or pneumatic gripper tool can be mounted to provide a unique custom handling solution.
