Movomech AB develops and manufactures a wide range of lifting products – from a first-class crane system in aluminum to complete material handling solutions with advanced lifting manipulators and tailor-made gripping tools.

Movomech is a complete supplier of products and solutions for professional lifting and manual handling. And has been since 1986.

1986
Movomech is founded in Kristianstad. The same year the Mechprofile™ profile system is launched with a brand new sliding technique for linear units.
1987
The first industrial lifting manipulator Mechlift™ is installed at Swedoor.
1990
An aluminium light duty overhead crane system is launched. Mechrail™ is one of the first systems of its kind, and quickly becomes a preferred brand in the automotive industry
1992
Development of Mechlift™ with stepless frequency control and the stronger Mechrail™ profiles AHB1, AHB2 and AHB3.
1995
The first frequency controlled electric chain hoist, Mechchain™, is launched on the market.
1996
The Mechrail™ LHB profile for lighter loads is launched.
1998
Further growth in our range of lifting manipulators as Mechstick™, Mechstack™, Mechspace™, Vacuhand™ and Easyhand™ are launched.
2003
Order and installation of an assembly line for VW Poznan. The Mechrail™ AHB1 curve profile is developed.
2006
Movomech becomes part of the Sunnex Group under the business area Lifting technology. The business is streamlined into two companies.
2007
Mechrail™ PHB1 and PHB profiles are launched for quick and easy handling with vacuum lifters.
2012
The pneumatic balance lifter Mechline Pro™ with lifting wire is launched and quickly becomes popular.
2017
Mechline Pro Crane™ with integrated balance lifter and Easycrane™ with integrated vacuum lifter see the light of day.
2018
The Mechrail™ AHB140 and AHB190 profiles are launched with a new range of accessories.
Today
Movomech's head office is still in Kristianstad and this is where we run all our operations. It not only means that we can keep short lead times, but also that we carry the proud history that sits in the walls with us every day.
We continue to expand our business globally through a network of partners and resellers who drive our mission for an ergonomic and healthy work environment in industries around the world.
