Professional universal lifter

Electric Mechlift Pro™ is one of Movomech’s original industrial manipulators which we originally developed back in the 1980s. It has subsequently been further developed and refined in close collaboration with operators and installers to optimize operator ergonomics and minimize and simplify maintenance procedures.

Extremely versatile

Mechlift Pro™ is an extremely versatile moment absorbing lifting unit that is easily adapted to many types of handling solutions. It can be fitted with standard or custom gripper tools, as well as with accessories such as rotation units, brake units, programmable stop positions, and much more.

Wide range of applications

Versatility makes Mechlift Pro™ a professional universal lifter with a wide range of applications. Objects typically handled with electric Mechlift Pro™ include panels, carpet rolls, tanks, doors, windows, cable reels, vehicle doors, sunroofs, car seats, windscreens and car bonnets.

Several configurations

Electric Mechlift Pro™ has a modular design and can be supplied in many different configurations. It can also be integrated with Powerdrive™ drive units for powered lateral transportation on rail system, or with a Mechbelt linear unit for automated handling of “pick and place” type.

Moment-absorbing

The lifting pillar consists of telescopic aluminium profiles that are anodized and thus completely maintenance-free. The moment-absorbing sliding blocks (400/650 kg models have moment-absorbing wheels) enable loading outside the lifter’s vertical lifting axis.

Encoder for stop positions

As an option, electric Mechlift Pro™ can be equipped with an encoder that reads the shaft in the spindle limit switch. This makes it possible to set a lower stop position, as well as a further two stop/start positions along the stroke length. The positions are stored in a built-in memory in the frequency converter and are not erased in the event of a power outage.
