Flexible vacuum lifter for versatile material handling up to 55 kg

Easyhand Pro is a flexible and ergonomic vacuum lifter for material handling of loads up to 55 kg. It is suitable for everything from boxes and containers to food products and other types of goods that can be handled using vacuum. Responsive one-hand operation with continuously adjustable speed provides good control of lifting and lowering, while different suction feet, vacuum yokes and accessories allow the lifter to be adapted to the load.

Box handling in warehousing and logistics

Easyhand Pro is suitable for ergonomic handling of boxes and other packages in warehousing and logistics. The adjustable lifting and lowering speed gives the operator good control and makes it easy to adapt the movement to the task.

Handling containers in production and process industries

Drums, buckets and other containers can be handled using suction feet or vacuum yokes adapted to the shape, material and handling requirements of the load. The modular design of Easyhand Pro allows the lifter to be adapted to different types of containers and tasks.

Handling in the food industry

Easyhand Pro is available in a stainless steel version and can be equipped with suction feet adapted for food handling. This makes the vacuum lifter suitable for gentle and controlled handling of products and packaging in the food industry.

Ergonomic and controlled one-hand operation

Lifting and lowering are continuously controlled directly from the ergonomic one-hand control, allowing the operator to adapt the movement to the task and position the load with good control. The lifter’s vertical stand-by position can be adjusted both with and without a load to suit the workstation, lifting object and working height.

The load can only be released when it is supported by the surface below. This reduces the risk of the lifting object being released accidentally while it is still suspended.

Configured to suit the load and task

Easyhand Pro can be equipped with different suction feet and vacuum yokes to suit the goods being handled. An electric vacuum pump or compressed-air ejector and the suction foot or vacuum yoke are selected according to the weight, shape, surface and porosity of the load.

A swivel, angle joint and quick-change coupling provide further possibilities to adapt the lifter to the load and the handling process.

The Easyhand models share a common range of accessories for adaptation to different loads and tasks.

Part of a complete lifting solution

Easyhand Pro can be combined with several Movomech crane and rail systems to create a complete lifting solution adapted to the working area.

With Mechrail, the lifter can be moved across a larger working area or between several positions.

For a defined workstation, it can be combined with a Mechcrane jib crane.

Where a freestanding and mobile solution is required, Easyhand Pro can be used with Easycrane.
