Movomech has decades of experience of lightweight crane systems made from extruded aluminium profiles, and we were one of the first in the world to explore the benefits of aluminium as a material for crane system solutions. Aluminium is a strong, lightweight material, and when anodized it is maintenance-free.

Minimal rolling resistance for optimal ergonomics

The aluminium profiles in the Mechrail™ system have been designed for maximum strength and torsional rigidity combined with a very low tare weight, making Mechrail™ a very easy-to-use and ergonomic crane system. The starting force and the rolling resistance experienced by the operator during handling are among the absolute lowest on the market.

The Mechrail™ aluminium crane system is easy to install and expand or supplement as needed.

Specification and application areas

The Mechrail™ crane system profiles are made of anodized aluminium and require no maintenance. They are manufactured from EN-AW 6063 T6 aluminium alloy according to SS-EN 755-2:2016, anodized colour C0 (natural). This product is designed to be used indoors in typical industrial environments such as in the automotive industry, production and general manufacturing.
