Fast vacuum lifter for short and efficient lifting cycles

Easyhand Rapid II is a fast and easy-to-operate vacuum lifter for loads up to 55 kg. The vacuum tube lifter is designed for material handling where short cycle times are important, such as handling boxes, parcels and baggage in logistics and distribution. Automatic lifting, ergonomic one-handed operation and direct quick release provide a fast and straightforward workflow with few operating steps.

Easyhand Rapid II is well suited for fast handling of boxes, parcels and other packaging in logistics and distribution. The automatic lifting movement and direct quick-release function allow the operator to handle a large number of items efficiently throughout the working day.

Fast baggage handling

The ergonomic one-handed control makes it easy to pick up, move and release baggage with minimal effort. Easyhand Rapid II can be equipped with a suction foot specifically designed for handling different types of luggage.

Order picking and warehouse handling

Easyhand Rapid II is well suited for order picking and warehouse operations where boxes and other packaging are handled frequently. The short lifting cycles help maintain an efficient and continuous material flow.

Easy operation for fast lifting cycles

Once the load has been gripped, the lifting movement takes place automatically, while the operator controls lowering using the ergonomic one-handed control. The lifter’s vertical unloaded resting position can be adjusted directly at the control handle to suit the workstation and working height.

Direct quick release

The function allows the load to be released directly without first having to be set down and unloaded. The operator can therefore quickly complete the lift and continue to the next object.

Adapted to the load and application

Easyhand Rapid II is available with Ø100 and Ø120 mm lifting tubes and is equipped as standard with a combined swivel and 90° angle joint. This allows the load to be rotated and tilted during handling.

The lifter can be fitted with a directly mounted Ø150 mm bellows suction foot or with a flange for other suction feet and vacuum yokes from the Easyhand range. A specially adapted suction foot is available for baggage, while a quick-change coupling can be used when the operator needs to switch between different suction feet and vacuum yokes.

Flexible installation options

Easyhand Rapid II can be combined with several of Movomech’s crane and rail systems to create a complete lifting solution adapted to the working area.

With Mechrail, the lifter can be moved across a larger working area or between several positions.

Combined with Mechcrane, Easyhand Rapid II is suitable for a defined workstation where goods are regularly moved between fixed positions.

For a freestanding and mobile workstation, the vacuum lifter can be combined with Easycrane, which can be used without permanent installation.
