Vacuum lifter with extended handle for sheet materials, glass and boxes up to 55 kg

Easyhand M is a flexible vacuum lifter with an extended handle for loads up to 55 kg, suitable for handling sheet materials, glass and boxes, among other loads. The extended handle makes it possible to work at varying lifting heights and reach further over fixtures and machines, for example, while maintaining an ergonomic working position.

Handling sheet materials

Easyhand M is suitable for controlled handling of sheet materials such as glass, sheet metal and other flat loads. The extended handle makes it possible to work where the lifting point is positioned further in over a fixture or machine, for example.

Carton and box handling

Easyhand M can be used for boxes, cartons and other packages with suction feet or vacuum yokes adapted to the weight, size and porosity of the load.

Handling at high and low lifting points

At workstations where loads are handled at varying heights, the extended handle helps the operator maintain a comfortable working position.

Ergonomic handling with an extended handle

The extended handle makes it possible to control lifting and lowering with good control even when the lifting point is difficult to reach. The position of the handle makes it easier to work at varying lifting heights and reach further over fixtures and machines, for example. The lifter’s stand-by position can be adjusted both with and without a load to suit the workstation and working height.

The load can only be released when it is supported by the surface below. This reduces the risk of the lifting object being released accidentally while it is still suspended.

Configured to suit the load and task

Easyhand M can be equipped with a fixed or articulated extended handle in different lengths, as well as a two-hand control handle, different suction feet and vacuum yokes. An electric vacuum pump or compressed-air ejector and the suction foot or vacuum yoke are selected according to the weight, shape, surface and porosity of the load.

A swivel, angle joint and quick-change coupling provide further possibilities to adapt the lifter to the load and the handling process.

The Easyhand models share a common range of accessories for adaptation to different loads and tasks.

Part of a complete lifting solution

Easyhand M can be combined with several Movomech crane and rail systems to create a complete lifting solution adapted to the working area.

With Mechrail, the lifter can be moved across a larger working area or between several positions.

For a defined workstation, it can be combined with a Mechcrane jib crane.

Where a freestanding and mobile solution is required, Easyhand M can be used with Easycrane.
