Powerful vacuum lifter for windows, doors and panels up to 250 kg

Vacuhand Extended is a powerful vacuum lifter with an extended two-hand control handle for loads up to 250 kg, suitable for handling windows, doors and panels, among other loads. The extended handle makes it possible to work at varying lifting heights and reach further over fixtures and machines, for example, while maintaining an ergonomic working position.

Handling windows and doors

Vacuhand Extended is suitable for ergonomic handling of large windows, doors and similar building components. The extended two-hand control handle allows the operator to reach towards the centre of large loads where the lifting point may otherwise be difficult to reach.

Handling plasterboard, OSB and plywood

Vacuhand Extended is suitable for handling panels such as plasterboard, OSB and plywood. The vacuum pump size can be adapted to the vacuum flow required by the material, while suction feet and vacuum yokes are selected according to the surface, dimensions and handling requirements of the board.

Positioning during assembly and processing

Vacuhand Extended is suitable for positioning larger boards and building components during assembly and processing. A wide range of accessories allows the lifter to be adapted to the task, for example to tilt and position the load during handling.

Ergonomic handling with an extended two-hand control handle

The extended two-hand control handle makes it possible to control lifting and lowering with good control even when the lifting point is difficult to reach. The position of the handle makes it easier to work at varying lifting heights and reach further over fixtures and machines, for example. The lifter’s stand-by position can be adjusted both with and without a load to suit the workstation and working height.

The load can only be released when it is supported by the surface below. This reduces the risk of the lifting object being released accidentally while it is still suspended.

Configured to suit the load and task

Vacuhand Extended can be equipped with a fixed or articulated extended handle in different lengths, as well as different suction feet and vacuum yokes. The lift tube, electric vacuum pump and suction foot or vacuum yoke are selected according to the weight, shape, surface and porosity of the load.

A swivel, angle joint and quick-change coupling provide further possibilities to adapt the lifter to the load and the handling process.

Part of a complete lifting solution

Vacuhand Extended can be combined with several Movomech crane and rail systems to create a complete lifting solution adapted to the working area.

With Mechrail, the lifter can be moved across a larger working area or between several positions.

For a defined workstation, it can be combined with a Mechcrane jib crane.

Where a freestanding and mobile solution is required, Vacuhand Extended can be used with Easycrane.
