Powerful vacuum lifter for bags and heavy material handling up to 250 kg

Vacuhand Compact is a powerful and ergonomic vacuum lifter for loads up to 250 kg, suitable for handling bags, heavier boxes and industrial components, among other loads. Two-hand operation provides good control of lifting and lowering, while different suction feet and vacuum yokes allow the lifter to be adapted to the load.

Typical applications

Bag handling in the food industry

In stainless steel and food-grade versions, Vacuhand Compact is suitable for ergonomic handling of bags containing raw materials and ingredients, for example. Specially adapted bag suction feet provide a stable grip even on porous bag materials.

Bag handling in demanding industrial environments

Vacuhand Compact is also suitable for handling cement, concrete and other material bags in dusty and demanding environments. An efficient filter protects the vacuum pump from dust and particles drawn in during handling.

Handling heavier boxes and industrial components

Vacuhand Compact can be used for larger and heavier boxes, cartons and industrial components where higher lifting capacity is required. The suction foot or vacuum yoke is adapted to the surface, size and porosity of the load.

Ergonomic and controlled two-hand operation

Lifting and lowering are continuously controlled directly from the ergonomic two-hand control handle, allowing the operator to adapt the movement to the task and position the load with good control. The lifter’s stand-by position can be adjusted both with and without a load to suit the workstation, lifting object and working height.

The load can only be released when it is supported by the surface below. This reduces the risk of the lifting object being released accidentally while it is still suspended.

Configured to suit the load and task

Vacuhand Compact can be equipped with different suction feet and vacuum yokes to suit the goods being handled. The lift tube, electric vacuum pump and suction foot or vacuum yoke are selected according to the weight, shape, surface and porosity of the load.

A swivel, angle joint and quick-change coupling provide further possibilities to adapt the lifter to the load and the handling process.

Vacuhand Compact and Vacuhand Extended are part of the Vacuhand Pro product family and share a common range of accessories.

Part of a complete lifting solution

Vacuhand Compact can be combined with several Movomech crane and rail systems to create a complete lifting solution adapted to the working area.

With Mechrail, the lifter can be moved across a larger working area or between several positions.

For a defined workstation, it can be combined with a Mechcrane jib crane.

Where a freestanding and mobile solution is required, Vacuhand Compact can be used with Easycrane.
