A vacuum lifter for panels is often used when accurate positioning is required during handling. Large panels can be challenging to align, lift and place into fixtures while maintaining full control throughout the movement.

Mechtool Panel 60 is designed for lifting and positioning smooth, dry and non-porous materials such as sheet metal, glass and other flat materials up to 60 kg. Combined with the ergonomic control handle and the stepless lifting motion from Mechchain Pro II or MobiChain, it helps reduce operator effort while maintaining precise control throughout the handling process.

Designed for safe and ergonomic operation

The ergonomic control handle provides a comfortable and natural grip throughout the lifting movement. Lifting and lowering are controlled directly from the handle, allowing the operator to manage the entire handling process without changing grip.

A clear Lift OK indication shows when sufficient vacuum has been reached for safe lifting. The integrated unloading unit ensures that the vacuum can only be released when the tool is unloaded. The load must therefore be safely positioned before the vacuum can be switched off, helping to minimise the risk of accidental release during handling.

An energy-saving function automatically reduces compressed air consumption once the required vacuum level has been reached.

Flexible integration for different workplaces

Mechtool Panel 60 is designed to work together with Mechchain Pro II, creating a complete lifting solution for precise panel handling that can be adapted to different workplaces. Mechchain Pro II is a frequency-controlled electric chain hoist with stepless lifting speed, developed for applications where smooth and precise lifting movements are required.

Combined with Mechrail, the lifting unit creates a lightweight overhead crane system that covers one or several workstations. The low rolling resistance and wide coverage area make it well suited for panel handling across larger workspaces.

It can also be installed with Mechcrane, forming a fixed-mounted jib crane solution for dedicated lifting points where the work is carried out in one defined area. This is often a practical choice for assembly stations and other workstations where the handling takes place within a limited working radius.

For workplaces where lifting needs to move between stations, MobiChain combines the functionality of Mechchain Pro II with a mobile articulated jib crane. This creates a compact standalone lifting solution that can easily be repositioned to different parts of the facility while maintaining the same smooth and precise lifting characteristics.
