Fast vacuum lifter for boxes, parcels and luggage up to 55 kg

Easyhand Rapid II is a fast and ergonomic vacuum lifter for loads up to 55 kg, particularly suited to boxes, parcels and luggage. One-hand operation, automatic lifting and direct quick release provide short and efficient lifting cycles, while different suction feet and vacuum yokes allow the lifter to be adapted to the load.

Box and parcel handling in transport, logistics and distribution

Easyhand Rapid II is designed for fast, repetitive handling of boxes, parcels and other packages in transport, logistics and distribution. A flexible bellows suction foot can handle many different sizes and shapes, allowing continuous handling through a varied parcel flow with short and efficient lifting cycles.

Fast luggage handling at airports

Easyhand Rapid II is equally well suited to fast and repetitive luggage handling as it is to boxes and parcels. A specially adapted luggage suction foot provides a stable grip and makes the lifter suitable for the high volumes of goods handled at airports.

Keep up the pace, even in tight spaces

Easyhand Rapid II makes it quick and easy to handle boxes, packages and luggage, even where space is limited. For workstations with low ceilings, the HZ model pulls the lifting tube out of the way, maximising the usable lifting stroke within the available ceiling height.

Fast and ergonomic one-hand operation

Once the load has been gripped, lifting takes place automatically. The operator controls lowering directly from the ergonomic one-hand control and can release the load immediately at the press of a button, even while it is moving. This allows parcels and luggage, for example, to be placed quickly at the required position without first having to be set down and unloaded.

The combined swivel and 90° angle joint are standard, allowing the load to be rotated and tilted during handling.

Configured to suit the load and task

Easyhand Rapid II can be equipped with different suction feet and vacuum yokes to suit the goods being handled. The electric vacuum pump and suction foot or vacuum yoke are selected according to the weight, shape, surface and porosity of the load.

The Easyhand models share a common range of accessories for adaptation to different loads and tasks.

Part of a complete lifting solution

Easyhand Rapid II can be combined with Movomech crane and rail systems to create a complete lifting solution.

With Mechrail, the lifter can be moved across a larger working area or between several positions.

For a defined workstation, it can be combined with a Mechcrane jib crane.

Where a freestanding and mobile solution is required, Easyhand Rapid II can be used with Easycrane.
