Mechchain Pro II ™ is an extremely easy-to-operate frequency-controlled chain hoist for professional lifting. Previously, this hoist has been in the lifting classes 63, 80, 125 and 225 kg. Now Movomech launches the new load capacity 160 kg.

The new load capacity is specifically designed to further increase the combination possibilities with the lighter aluminium profiles in the Mechrail overhead crane system.

Mechchain Pro II ™ is suitable for applications where a very controlled and precise lifting movement is desired. Handling operations where Mechchain Pro II ™ excels are for example:

• Precision assembly, for example mounting mechanical parts on bolts or guide pins with risk of drawer effect
• Assembly of fragile components
• Material handling with complex pneumatic or mechanical gripping tools where the joystick of the actuator is seamlessly integrated into the handle of the tool
• Fast handling where the weight of the lifting object must be handled with low-speed zones in the lifting sequence
• Installation in hard-to-reach spaces with limited installation height
