Movomech recently took part in a Swedish industry delegation to Italy, organised by Business Sweden and Electrification Hub and led by HRH Prince Daniel.

The delegation took place on 19–21 May in Turin and Bologna, at the heart of Italy’s renowned Motor Valley. It brought together Swedish companies connected to the automotive industry and leading Italian manufacturers to strengthen collaboration and exchange insights into the development of European industry.

During the visit, the delegation met with innovation managers and decision-makers from Stellantis, Iveco Group, Ducati and Lamborghini. The programme included company visits, discussions on current industry topics and valuable opportunities to share perspectives on innovation, electrification and the future of production.

For Movomech, the trip provided valuable insights into developments within the automotive industry and an opportunity to strengthen dialogue with companies at the forefront of European manufacturing.

The visit also highlighted the importance of continued collaboration between companies and countries as industry evolves and new demands are placed on production efficiency, ergonomics and workplace safety.
