In addition, the ergonomic handle gives a comfortable and natural grip throughout the lifting movement. At the same time, the compact thumb joystick controls lifting and lowering with smooth and precise movement. Integrated buttons keep the main functions close at hand and easy to reach.

During operation, the operator has a clear overview of both vacuum level and air pressure directly on the tool. A clear Lift OK indication confirms when the required vacuum level has been reached and the sack is ready to lift. The release function uses a double command, reducing the risk of accidental release during handling.

Flexible integration for different workplaces

Mechtool Sack 30 is designed to work together with Mechchain Pro II, creating a complete lifting solution for repetitive sack and bag handling that can be adapted to different workplaces. Mechchain Pro II is a frequency-controlled electric chain hoist with stepless lifting speed, developed for applications where smooth and precise lifting movements are required.

Combined with Mechrail, the lifting unit creates a lightweight overhead crane system that covers one or several workstations. The low rolling resistance and wide coverage area make it well suited for sack and bag handling across larger workspaces.

It can also be installed with Mechcrane, forming a fixed-mounted jib crane solution for dedicated lifting points where the work is carried out in one defined area. This is often a practical choice for packing stations, emptying stations and other workstations where handling takes place within a limited working radius.
